CREABETON's customers include gardening companies, major customers, cantons, municipalities and private individuals. Sales and distribution take place via direct and indirect channels. SAPIENTROQ was commissioned to analyze and structure the digital projects already underway. At the same time, the digital business model should open up new areas of activity and pave the way for the creation of digital value.

A new service business has been created around the sales-oriented company, covering existing and completely new customer segments. A seamless digital network of products, activities, customers, and planning tools creates a professional full-service offering for the monitoring, maintenance, and repair of various installations and properties throughout Switzerland.
