Challenge

Developing an intelligent speech recognition module to ensure a natural, human-like conversation flow of 700 ms in AVG.
Developing an infrastructure capable of efficient autoscaling while ensuring the stability and reliability of SIP connections and the SIP framework.

To achieve low latency of the AI consultant, we designed and implemented a high-quality custom algorithm that manages the conversation flow within specific system modules.
We developed an informative dashboard with customizable settings.
We made sure clients have access to detailed campaign statistics.
We provided robust on-site security, developed a Disaster Recovery (DR) program, and applied authentication security.

Agent costs were significantly reduced from $15 to $1 per hour.
Onboarding time for a call campaign decreased from 2 weeks to 1 day.
